Inkmaker S.r.l. has completed the integration of IEC+ into IM GROUP, consolidating the company’s operations at the group’s global headquarters in San Gillio, Turin, Italy.
The process began in September 2025 and aligned IEC+’s engineering, technical and commercial activities with IM GROUP’s organizational structure. Inkmaker is now the sole shareholder of IEC+, formalizing an integration the group said has already generated synergies across engineering, project management, production coordination and customer service.
The unified structure is expected to improve engineering and project-execution efficiency, shorten response times and strengthen customer support. It also connects IEC+ more closely with other IM GROUP engineering businesses, including Tecnopails, which leads the group’s filling division.
Customers will continue to have access to IEC+ technologies for dispersing, grinding, mixing and filtration. Manufacturing support will be strengthened through closer coordination with IEC Plant Engineering Malaysia.
IEC+ will continue providing engineering studies, turnkey systems, technical design, automation and planning for the paint, coatings, ink, chemical and related process industries.
“This milestone further strengthens IM GROUP’s position as a provider of integrated engineering solutions, while reflecting Inkmaker’s continued commitment to investment in process technologies, engineering excellence and customer-focused innovation,” said Roberto Guerra, CEO of IM GROUP.
IM GROUP includes Inkmaker, Rexson, Vale-tech, Swesa, Teko, Tecnopails and IEC+. The group provides dispensing, tinting, filling, mixing and grinding systems through operations in more than 15 countries across five continents.
