Siegwerk Plans €300 Million Global Investment Program

Siegwerk plans to invest more than €300 million over the next five years to expand global capabilities, improve operational efficiency and strengthen customer support. The program is part of the printing-inks and packaging-coatings supplier’s Formula 2030 growth strategy.
The company said it more than doubled its typical annual investment volume in 2025. Projects included the acquisition of functional-coatings specialist Allinova, new capacity in India for Allinova-developed coatings and expanded operations in Dubai, Indonesia and Bhiwadi, India.
Siegwerk also invested in inline white production facilities in Germany and the United States, warehouse expansions and new customer-relationship and product-lifecycle-management platforms. The investment program continued in 2026 with its acquisition of Hi-Tech Inks in India.
The program directs resources toward functional-coatings capacity, production automation and product-lifecycle systems across Siegwerk’s packaging-inks and coatings operations.
