IMCD Group announced that its U.S. operations have earned Great Place To Work certification for the third consecutive year. The recognition is based on an anonymous employee assessment of workplace culture.
Great Place To Work evaluates organizations based on employee experiences and relationships involving trust in leadership, pride in their work and camaraderie with colleagues. According to IMCD, 71% of its U.S. employees said the company is a great place to work, compared with 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
IMCD said earning the certification for a third year reflects its efforts to maintain a workplace characterized by clear leadership, fair treatment, recognition and opportunities for employee feedback.
“Obtaining the Great Place to Work certification is a powerful statement about who we are as an organisation,” said Lauren Taylor, vice president, Human Resources, U.S. & Canada at IMCD. “What makes this certification so meaningful is that it comes entirely from our people.”
Taylor said the company remains focused on ensuring employees are heard and taking action based on their feedback.
“We want our employees to feel valued and proud to work for IMCD,” she said.
