Dürr Launches Gear Metering Pump for Industrial Coating Applications

Dürr has introduced the EcoPump GW iD, a gear-type metering pump designed for precise volumetric delivery in industrial coating processes. The series is available across flow rates from 9 to 900 mL/min and comes standard with an Amorphous Diamond-Like Carbon (ADLC) coating, which Dürr says supports durability and long-term surface quality. An optional bypass valve provides pressure relief and automatically opens in the event of overpressure. The pump is also compatible with Dürr’s ready2integrate concept and Fluid Board2. It can be retrofitted onto Fluid Board1 or installed as a standalone component in existing systems.
