Nordson Reports Record Sales as Industrial Coatings Demand Grows

Nordson Corp. reported record fiscal third-quarter sales of $818 million, an increase of 10% from the prior-year period, as demand strengthened across several of its industrial and technology markets. Adjusted diluted earnings per share reached a record $3.25, up 19%.
The company’s Industrial Precision Solutions segment generated sales of approximately $367 million, up 5% year over year. Growth was supported by industrial coatings along with packaging, polymer processing and nonwovens product lines.
Nordson’s industrial coatings business includes equipment and systems used for liquid finishing, powder coating, container coating, curing and other coating-application processes across markets including automotive, appliances, construction, electronics and battery manufacturing.
Nordson also reported continued order momentum and raised its fiscal 2026 outlook. The company now expects full-year sales of approximately $3.04 billion to $3.08 billion and adjusted diluted earnings per share of $11.80 to $12.00.
