RAMPF Acquires Chinese Mixing and Dispensing Specialist

The RAMPF Group has acquired HGIT Dalian Huagong Innovation Technology Co. Ltd., a China-based manufacturer of mixing and dispensing systems.
RAMPF said the transaction expands its equipment, automation and global-service capabilities for processing single- and multicomponent reactive-resin systems. Applications include bonding, potting and sealing using polyurethane, silicone and epoxy materials.
HGIT’s equipment serves automotive and electric-vehicle manufacturing, electronics, household appliances, filtration, medical technology and packaging. The company also provides customized automation for handling, heat treatment, assembly, joining, logistics and quality-assurance processes.
Founded in 2003, HGIT employs approximately 90 people. The acquired business will operate under the name RAMPF Dispensing Technology (Dalian) Co. Ltd. HGIT owner and CEO Hannah Han will continue to lead the organization.
RAMPF said the acquisition will allow customers to source reactive-resin materials, processing systems and integrated equipment-and-material packages from the same organization.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The transaction expands equipment used to process adhesives and sealants in transportation, electronics and other industrial applications.
