MicroCare Promotes Sean Gallimore to Chief Operating Officer

MicroCare LLC has promoted executive team member Sean Gallimore to chief operating officer, giving him responsibility for the company’s global operations, marketing and strategic initiatives.
Gallimore joined MicroCare in 2025 and has been involved in advancing the company’s growth strategy and strengthening collaboration across its business functions. In the expanded role, he will focus on operational performance, commercial growth and execution of companywide strategic initiatives.
“Sean understands both where our markets are going and what it takes to build organizations that can scale,” MicroCare CEO Tom Tattersall said.
Gallimore brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across advanced manufacturing, life sciences, health care and industrial markets. His previous employers include Johnson & Johnson, Bayer Healthcare, Medtronic, Smith & Nephew and Philips Healthcare.
Most recently, Gallimore served as president of Dynisco, an Indicor company, and as senior vice president and general manager at PDI Healthcare.

The leadership change is relevant to PCI readers following finishing technologies and suppliers of materials used in surface preparation, coating and precision manufacturing.
