The conference provides coatings manufacturers, suppliers, universities and government representatives with a forum to share new research, pursue continuing education and develop technical skills. Technology-focused sessions will be organized into multiple tracks.

Topics sought include advances in analytical methods and technology; AI methodologies for formulation optimization and coating testing; application, manufacturing and processing equipment; architectural coatings; biocidal control; functional coatings; industrial and factory-applied coatings; inks and coatings technology for battery manufacturing and other new-energy applications; nanotechnology; packaging coatings; pigments and dispersants; powder coatings; protective and infrastructure coatings; radiation-cured coatings; reformulation to address health, safety and environmental concerns; renewable and bio-based coatings; waterborne coatings; weathering, corrosion control, durability and service-life prediction; and wood coatings.

The CoatingsTech Best Paper Award will recognize the best overall paper contributed to the conference with a $2,500 cash prize. Student Poster Awards will also be presented to the top three student posters.

Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be expected to provide a full paper or poster, register for the conference and participate in an in-person presentation or poster session.
