Crash Champions Adds Eighth Mississippi Repair Center

Crash Champions has acquired a collision repair center at 2363 Stateline Road W. in Southaven, Mississippi.
The company began operations at the facility Aug. 31. Formerly Key Collision of Southaven, the location is Crash Champions’ eighth repair center in Mississippi.
The acquired facility offers collision repair and refinishing services and expands the company’s ability to serve customers in the greater Memphis metropolitan area.
Crash Champions founder and CEO Matt Ebert said the company plans to build on the foundation established by the Southaven team while continuing to invest in employees and customer service.
Focus Advisors represented Key Collision of Southaven in the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Crash Champions operates more than 650 repair centers across 38 states. Its network also includes Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified facilities serving luxury, highline and electric vehicles.
The acquisition follows continued consolidation in the U.S. collision repair market as multi-shop operators seek greater geographic coverage and standardized repair capabilities.
The acquisition is relevant to PCI’s finishing news coverage because collision-repair expansion affects the automotive refinish coatings channel and the adoption of standardized paint and repair processes.
