Titomic USA Inc. has received a $5 million U.S. Air Force contract to supply, integrate and commission a next-generation high-pressure cold-spray system at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City.

Built around Titomic’s TKF 1000 platform, the turnkey installation will combine industrial robotic automation, powder and gas management, process monitoring, safety systems and real-time quality verification.

The system is intended to support depot-level manufacturing and sustainment work, including component repair, dimensional restoration, corrosion and wear protection, additive manufacturing, hybrid manufacturing and multi-material deposition.

Titomic will support the program through its operations in Huntsville, Alabama. Delivery is scheduled for the third quarter of 2027, with installation subject to coordination with the Air Force and approval of the installation site.
