The triple-shaft Model VMC-2 VersaMix is designed to provide maximum process flexibility. The VersaMix was constructed using all Type 304 stainless steel wetted parts, polished to a 150-grit finish. The unit includes several unique features, such as self-contained high-shear rotor stator mixer, high-speed disperser, three wing anchor with TFE scrapers to clean the side walls of the vessel, 50 psi jacketed vessel to heat or cool, full vacuum and pressure operation to 150 psi, and control panel with digital readout and control for variable speed operation of each agitator.
