OAK CREEK, Wis. - Northwest Coatings LLC, has acquired the stock of Greensboro, N.C.-based Actinic, Inc. Actinic is a leading developer and manufacturer of UV- and EB-curable coatings and adhesives for the graphic arts and industrial markets.
