St. Paul, Minn. - H.B. Fuller Company has completed its acquisition of Henkel KGaA's insulating-glass sealant (IGS) business. Henkel's IGS business is now part of H.B. Fuller's Window Division, and its financial results will be consolidated within the Full-Valu/Specialty Group segment.
