At all stages of production, the highest quality control standards are paramount in order to ensure that customers receive a recognized and consistently high-quality finished product. To achieve these standards, Cuprinol has installed Russell self-cleaning Eco Filters on six filling lines to remove any impurities from the product prior to canning. The filters are in operation 16 hours a day and deliver measurable benefits in terms of increased processing efficiency and productivity.

The Eco Filter's unique, self-cleaning, 316 stainless steel filter element operates on a flow-through principle, eliminating dead spots, facilitating high-volume production and minimizing product loss.

Another important benefit of the Eco Filter is its fully enclosed design, which helps Cuprinol meet stringent health and safety standards, protecting the product from airborne and other contamination, and keeping the processing area clean and hygienic, thus safeguarding operator health.

Easy Installation and Maintenance
