Corp., Delaware, OH, announced plans to employ the Greif name in its industrial-packaging products worldwide, and said it is launching a new company identity designed to reflect the company's range of industrial and related packaging. The company said it has completed the integration of Van Leer Industrial Packaging, acquired last year. The company's structure consists of three businesses: Industrial Packaging & Services, a supplier of industrial containers that include steel, fibre and plastic products; Paper, Packaging & Services, which primarily supplies niche markets in North America with containerboard medium and linerboard, corrugated sheets and containers, and other specialty products; and Timber, a manufacturer of wood products.
