Sun Chemical has acquired the Swale Process Ltd. ink and coatings business of Brent International.

CINCINNATI — Sun Chemical Corp., through its British subsidiary, has acquired the Swale Process Ltd. ink and coatings business of Brent International, a manufacturer of various ink products, cold-seal adhesives and coatings for the metallizing industry. The business is based in Trafford Park, UK.
