BASF said Saturn selected a special “gold-green” color supplied by BASF for its 1999 “Homecoming Commemorative Edition SL2” car.
BASF Corp., Southfield, MI, said Saturn Corp. selected a special “gold-green” color supplied by BASF for its 1999 “Homecoming Commemorative Edition SL2” car, which was showcased at the automaker’s homecoming event on July 30-31 in Spring Hill, TN. The event offers Saturn customers an opportunity to visit the Spring Hill plant for tours and refreshments, and to visit with Saturn employees and supplier representatives. Saturn plans to produce no more than 5,000 units of the Homecoming Edition car.
