LONDON — JLM Industries Inc. and ICI plc announced an agreement for the sale of the Colours and Industrial Chemicals Division of ICI South Africa and the majority stake in ICI South Africa Mozambique Limitada to JLM’s new South African affiliate, JLM Industries (South Africa) Pty. Both operations are units of ICI South Africa (pty) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of ICI plc.
The business being acquired is a supply-chain distribution operation that markets a range of specialty and commodity chemicals.
