WILMINGTON, DE — DuPont Performance Coatings announced the sale of its CorMax secondary-containment and tank-lining systems to Dudick Inc., based in Streetsboro, OH. CorMax products include epoxy phenolic and sprayable elastomeric membrane materials used in the food and beverage and petrochemical industries.
Michael Rolli, brand manager for DuPont Industrial Coatings, said the sale will provide CorMax customers with “an ongoing reliable source who is totally focused on these kinds of specialty products” while allowing DuPont to focus on its core industrial-coatings business.
Dudick Inc. is a privately held manufacturer of high-performance coatings.
