BRUSSELS - UCB S.A. announced the acquisition of Air Products and Chemicals Inc.'s graphic-arts business for $14 million in cash. The business, a maker of ingredients used in ink for labels, had sales of $17 million in 2002, UCB said.
UCB said the purchase will expand an existing business unit that makes resins and other materials for packaging ink.
