Netzsch Announces Plan to Sell Filtration Business

SELB, Germany - The international industry group Andritz announced an agreement to acquire the Filtration Business Unit of the Germany-based Netzsch Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The Filtration unit is a supplier of filter presses for solid/liquid separation in industrial and municipal applications.
Netzsch said the sale reflects the company's plan to focus on its Analyzing and Testing, Grinding and Dispersing, and Pumps business units.
