WILMINGTON, DE - DuPont Co. completed the sale of its INVISTA resins and fibers business to subsidiaries of Koch Industries Inc. for $4.2 billion, including the assumption of debt and certain joint-venture and equity interests. The business, formerly DuPont Textiles & Interiors, will retain the INVISTA name.
In a previous announcement, Kevin Fogarty was named president of INVISTA's Polymer and Resins unit.
