WICKLIFFE, OH - The Lubrizol Corp. completed the acquisition of Noveon International Inc., a supplier of coatings resins and other specialty chemicals, in a transaction valued at $1.84 billion.

Noveon will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Lubrizol, and will be headed by Donald W.
