The Lubrizol Corp. said it will name Donald W. Bogus president of the company's newly acquired Noveon Business Unit when the acquisition receives regulatory clearance and is completed. Bogus is currently vice president of the company's Fluid Technologies for Industry (FTI) business segment, and was previously vice president of Industrial Coatings for PPG Industries Inc.
Dan Brady has joined Dunleary Inc. as an Area manager for the company's southern territory, based in Ozark, AL.
DuPont Herberts Automotive Systems has named Anthony "Tony" A. Coletta vice president - Asia Pacific Region, based in Shanghai, China. Coletta was formerly Worldwide Business director for Automotive OEM Accounts for DuPont Herberts Automotive Systems. He also has held key coatings marketing and operations-management positions since joining DuPont in 1981. Herbert M. "Chip" Nowak was named to succeed Coletta as Business director, with responsibility for overseeing the worldwide automotive OEM coatings requirements of two major automotive accounts. Nowak joined DuPont in 1979 and has held technical-supervisory, account-management and sales-management positions.
Dow Corning Corp. has named Ronald Fillmore executive director of Xiameter, the company's Web-based brand. Fillmore was formerly Global Coatings, Performance Chemicals and Distributor director for Dow Corning's Specialty Chemicals Business.
Reichhold Inc.'s parent company, Dainippon Ink and Chemicals (DIC), has named John S. Gaither Reichhold president and CEO, and Douglas E. Frey chief operating officer. Gaither was formerly president of three different Reichhold divisions before leaving the company in 1998, and also was chief operating officer of European Operations. Before leaving Reichhold in 2001, Frey held positions in manufacturing and sales and marketing and was president of the company's former Emulsion Polymers Division.
Jürgen Hofmann has joined Ultra Additives Inc. as European Sales manager for Industrial Fluids.
Mike Lantz has joined BYK-Gardner as Regional Sales manager for the Mid-Atlantic states. Lantz was formerly a new business development specialist with Bayer Corp.
National Coatings Corp. has named Vince LaBruzzo Western Regional Sales manager, with responsibility for contractor sales in the western United States.
Reynolds Industries Inc. has promoted Kim Pearce to chief financial officer. Pearce joined the company 18 years ago and was most recently general manager. Reynolds Industries, a supplier of mixing and process equipment, is based in Fort Mill, SC.
Clariant's Pigments & Additives business named Robert Post vice president, Falko Orlowski Market Segment manager for Automotive and Industrial Coatings and Tony Newell Market Segment manager for Decorative Coatings.
Mary Seffrood has joined Pan Technology Inc. as a sales representative for the company's Midwestern territory, with responsibility for sales in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Seffrood formerly held various sales and marketing positions with T.H. Hilson Co.
Kimberly Vogt has joined Raabe Corp. as Marketing Project coordinator for the company's Precision Color and custom-fill markets.
Paul R. Winkelmann has joined Walsh & Associates as Regional Sales manager for the company's St. Louis sales region. Winkelmann was formerly St. Louis territory sales manager with Superior Solvents Inc.
