Oak Printing Co., Cleveland, has been named one of 20 “Family Firms of Distinction” by the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. The award recognizes family-owned businesses on the basis of business success, productivity and growth. Oak Printing, which specializes in paint-can label design and printing, was established in 1922 by Ted Helms and is currently operated by Helms’s grandchildren Jim, Jack, and Ken Helms.
