Brookfield Engineering Laboratories Inc. The R/S rheometer is a new rotational rheometer that measures viscosity in both controlled stress and controlled shear rate applications. It is available in cone/plate, plate/plate and concentric cylinder versions. The equipment is suited for measuring the breakdown of a product from stress-induced yield, and offers accuracy of ±1%.
