Company recently produced a custom dry grinding attritor designed and built to meet the specific needs of one of its customers. To maximize efficiency for this specific application, the mill was automated to run in batch mode with pneumatically operated discharge valves. Featuring a gross tank capacity of 155 gallons, the custom SD-100 was equipped with tungsten carbide sleeved arms and a ceramic-lined tank to provide a complete metal-free system.
