ZWOLLE, the Netherlands - DSM Eternal Resins, Kunshan, China, announced plans for a production expansion for polyester powder-coatings resins, with new capacity expected to go on stream in the second half of 2005. The expansion is the second for the site since its start-up in 1998. DSM Eternal Resins, launched in 1997, is a 50-50 joint-venture business of DSM Coating Resins and Eternal Chemical.
