Sherwin-Williams' CFO Pitorak Resigns; Hennessy Named to Post
CLEVELAND - The Sherwin-Williams Co. announced that Larry J. Pitorak, the company's chief financial officer since 1991, has resigned to pursue other business interests. He has been replaced by Sean P. Hennessy, a longtime Sherwin-Williams executive who was most recently vice president and controller, Consumer Group.
Pitorak, who also held the titles of senior vice president-Finance and treasurer, joined Sherwin-Williams in 1973 and has held various financial positions within the company, and also was general counsel from 1986 to 1991.
