Netzsch Inc. announced its merger with Netzsch Instruments Inc., a move that forms a single unit of the Netzsch companies. The combined company retains the Netzsch Inc. name and has North American headquarters in Exton, PA. The company includes four core businesses: NEMO Progressing Cavity Pumps, Filtration Systems, Grinding and Dispersion Machinery, and Thermal Analysis Equipment. Products include pumps, filtration systems, and wet and dry grinding and dispersion equipment.
