ELKHART, Ind. - Vitracoat, an international powder coatings manufacturer, has started constructing a new state-of-the-art powder coatings plant in Elkhart Ind., its U.S. corporate headquarters. The plant, which is expected to be operational by the fourth quarter of 2006, will have a total area of 14,000 square feet and is intended to serve the North American powder coatings market.
