WICHITA, KS - INVISTA has announced a five KT per year capacity expansion at its DYTEK® A (2-methylpentamethylenediamine) manufacturing facility in Maitland, Canada. The project is expected to be complete by year-end 2007.
“Two primary factors are driving our investment in this new capacity,” said Nadine de Vries, Global Business Director for DYTEK A. “First, it will enable us to better meet the growing needs of our current customer base worldwide. Second, it will provide us the capacity to meet increased demand as new markets and new uses are found for DYTEK A molecules.”
