TAMPA, FL – True Value Company has named Gardner-Gibson Supplier of the Year for outstanding service within the lumber building materials category. The award recognizes companies whose contributions have helped drive the growth of the True Value co-op and its members.

The roof coating industry experienced an overall sales decrease of over 10 percent in 2006, attributed to the nonrecurring significant weather issues of 2005. With Gardner-Gibson’s help, True Value members saw a sales increase of over six percent.
