MINNEAPOLIS - H.B. Fuller Co. has announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to sell the entire stake in its automotive joint venture to the principal joint venture partner, EMS CHEMIE Holding AG of Switzerland, for a purchase price of $80 million.

The North American portion of the joint venture has three manufacturing plants and employs approximately 150 people in the United States. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the fourth quarter.
