DUBAI, United Arab Emirates - The Middle East Coatings Show 2008, a coatings event in the Middle East and Gulf region for raw material suppliers and equipment manufacturers for the coatings industry, will take place at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, United Arab Emirates, on March 10-12, 2008. Because of the success of the 2006 show, the event has been extended to three days.

The Show will feature an exhibition, conference and exhibitor business presentations. Admission to the exhibition is free, and online registration will be available at www.coatingsgroup.com.

The conference, organized by the Coatings Research Institute (CoRI), will be held March 10-11. The conference provides an opportunity for industrial and academic scientists in the Middle East and Gulf regions to exchange information and establish new contacts.

Authors are invited to present papers related to emerging scientific concepts, advanced technology, eco-efficiency, legislation and standards. Presentations concerning formulation, manufacturing, analysis methods, application techniques, and marketing of organic coatings and raw materials are also welcome.
