WHEELING, IL - Fluid Management Inc., a global manufacturer of precision dispensing and mixing equipment, has appointed Kimberly Bors as its President. Bors moves to the position from her former job as Vice President of IDEX, Fluid Management’s parent organization.  

 

In her new position, Bors will be responsible for all Global Dispensing business activities in the Americas, which include the United States, Canada and Latin America. In addition to her duties as President, she will continue to provide oversight to IDEX’s global human resources and corporate communications operations while the company searches for her successor.

 

Bors joined IDEX in January 2003, as Vice President of Global Human Resources, and has taken on increasing responsibilities since that time, including directing corporate communications and managing IDEX’s Suzhou, China, shared manufacturing operations. Bors has been instrumental in building IDEX’s global human resources capability and effectiveness with her ability to attract and retain talented professionals at all organizational levels. She has also designed systems and processes for all aspects of human resources, including talent management, compensation, benefits and employee communications.
