MENTOR, OH - Chemsultants International recently completed the installation of two new pilot coating lines at its Product and Process Development Center in Mentor, OH. The Product and Process Development Center, located with Chemsultants International's corporate headquarters and laboratory facilities, is part of a 10-acre technology campus.

Designed and built by the Chemsultants International engineering staff, the new coaters join two existing lines. The new TPC-1 and TPC-2 coaters further expand the company’s coating, drying and curing capabilities of solvent-based, water-based and UV-curable adhesives and coatings.

The new lines are located in white rooms, providing customers the capability of a clean coating environment required for many electronics, medical and food-grade applications. They can be configured for several different coating methods, with multi-zone convection, IR-assisted drying and UV-curing capabilities. In addition to slitting and rewinding of coated products, Chemsultants International provides mixing and compounding services as well.
