The President and CEO of CPS Color Group, Oy Arto Metsänen, has decided to leave CPS Color and take on new external responsibilities. For an interim period, Board Director Henrik Lif has been appointed CEO effective March 31, 2009.

HELSINKI, Finland - The President and CEO of CPS Color Group, Oy Arto Metsänen, has decided to leave CPS Color and take on new external responsibilities. For an interim period, Board Director Henrik Lif has been appointed CEO effective March 31, 2009. The board has initiated a search for a new permanent CEO.
 
“During Arto’s three years as CEO, CPS Color has experienced a fantastic development. Sales have grown by 30 percent through new innovative products and new customer groups. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to express our appreciation for Arto’s achievements. As Arto has now decided to move on, the Board of Directors has assigned Henrik Lif to be the interim CEO. Henrik has detailed knowledge of the company and its market and has been working closely with the management team since Nordic Capital Fund VI’s acquisition of the company last year,” said Jorma Halonen, Chairman of the Board.
