AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands - AkzoNobel will consolidate the advertising roster for its global consumer paint brands into Euro RSCG, New York, NY. The appointment is the result of a three-month review that followed the acquisition of ICI in January 2008 and is part of a new global strategy.
