HONG KONG – BASF has appointed Dirk Elvermann as Director of Legal and Tax Asia Pacific of BASF, effective Jan. 1, 2010.

 

Elvermann joined the Central Legal Department of BASF SE in 2003, where he focused on corporate projects such as mergers and acquisitions and merger control.
