BETHESDA, MD -- RadTech has announced the winners of its student scholarship and graphic communications awards.

The RadTech Experience scholarship was created by members as a way to offer promising young undergraduate and graduate students an introduction to fast-emerging UV and EB technologies through participation in the RadTech biennial conference. RadTech received a record number of applicants for this event and selected Luke Kwisnek, a PhD student at the University of Southern Mississippi School of Polymers and High Performance Materials, and Kenny Mineart, a junior Chemical Engineering major from the University of Iowa. As part of the award, both students will be attending RadTech 2010.

The first biennial TAGA/RadTech student poster competition was won by Alicia Juarez, a junior majoring in Graphic Communication at California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. Juarez will also be flown to RadTech to display her poster, printed by UV inkjet, and receive a cash award.

The RadTech 2010 Exhibition and Conference is May 24-26, 2010, at the Baltimore Convention Center, Baltimore, MD. Visit www.radtech2010.com for details.
