MENTOR, OH - EYE Lighting International, a manufacturer of solar simulation equipment, as well as lamps, fixtures and related lighting products, has announced the appointment of Al Schadenfroh as Applied Optics Technical Sales Manager.

Prior to joining EYE, Schadenfroh was Manager of Solar Solutions for the Solar College Initiative, a non-profit organization working with colleges and universities to adopt solar energy. He will join the EYE Applied Optics group, which focuses on high-speed photography (for auto-crash testing and similar uses), climatic testing and solar simulation applications (for photovoltaic product development and testing).
