FONTANA, IL – Jess Walton Lobdell passed away March 23, 2011. He was 82 years old. Lobdell worked for Barbar-Coleman Co. and Crown Industrial Products. He purchased Tuff-Kote Co. in Woodstock, IL, and owned and managed it until his retirement in 2004.
