SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland – Tyco International Ltd. is acquiring Chemguard Inc., a provider of firefighting foam concentrates and equipment, foam systems, services, and specialty chemicals. Chemguard will be integrated into Tyco’s Fire Protection Products business unit.
