MIDDLEBORO, MA - Brookfield Engineering's upcoming teleseminar features an interview with Ross Clark. The seminar will take place October 28, 2011, at 11 a.m. EDT. The topic is “The Basics of How To Do Texture Analysis.”

Ross Clark is a Distinguished Research Fellow at CP Kelco where he has been working for the last 31 years. The focus of Ross’ work through the years has been on texture and rheology, but he has also worked with many other techniques such microscopy, particle analysis, three-dimensional printing, and sensory evaluation. His strategy on texture measurements leans toward fundamental or rheologically defined tests while eschewing the use of index or empirical methods.
