ICE 2003 - Spirit of Innovation

The 2003 International Coatings Exposition (ICE), themed "Spirit of Innovation" and presented by the Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology (FSCT), will host the top technical staffs from nearly 250 exhibiting companies, which will present the latest innovations in the coatings industry. ICE 2003 also features 15 courses and 49 technical presentations.

The expo has been a coatings industry tradition since 1932, and brings together all sides of the coatings and related industries, including formulation, manufacturing, testing and application. In just a few days, attendees will expand their coatings knowledge by meeting with top industry experts and consulting with sales and technical staffs of leading suppliers. ICE 2003 is the largest North American exhibition of raw materials, equipment and services for the coatings manufacturing and construction chemicals industry. Attendees will get to observe first-hand a wide variety of new products, technologies and services emerging throughout the coatings industry.

The FSCT will host the International Coatings Technology Conference and the FSCT's 81st Annual Meeting in conjunction with the expo.

A "Philly Block Party" will be held on the show floor from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12. Attendees and exhibitors will conduct business in an informal atmosphere while sampling some Philly favorites. Attendees will be welcomed into the show by the "String Band Guys," an extravagantly costumed traditional Mummers string band. Topping off the evening with the high-energy sound of the 1960s will be the music of the Shangri-Las.
