Wheelabrator (LaGrange, GA) has received the Georgia Department of Labor's Award for Excellence for workplace safety. The award recognizes companies that surpass 250 workdays with no lost-time injuries, illnesses or fatalities.

Four of Sartomer Co.'s (Exton, PA) facilities-the manufacturing plants in Chatom, AL; Stratford, CT; Chatham, VA; and Grand Junction, CO-were honored by the American Chemistry Council for outstanding workplace safety records.
