Edwin Bigelow passed away on Dec. 1, 2004, at the age of 68. In 1955, he launched a lifetime career when he began working in resin synthesis at Freeman Chemical in Port Washington, Wis. Ed moved into technical service for Freeman, and in 1976, he became technical director for Moline Paint. He later returned to Freeman and in 1985 became product manager for coatings, a position that incorporated sales management and distribution. When Freeman became a part of Cook Composites and Polymers (CCP), Ed was named national sales manager, a position he held until 1999, when in semi-retirement, he became a market development management consultant to CCP. Ed will be missed by colleagues and customers alike. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Sutton Bigelow; his children, Jason and Jessica; and a large extended family. Condolences may be e-mailed to the family in care of www.mueller funeralhome.com.
