Vitracoat America Inc. has started the construction of a new, state-of-the-art powder coatings plant in Elkhart, IN. The new plant, which is expected to be operational by the fourth quarter of 2006, will have a total area of 14,000 sq feet and it is intended to service the North American powder coatings market.
