Steve Zielaskiewicz has joined Ultra Tech Machinery, Inc., as senior applications engineer. Drawing on his extensive machining and machine tool background both with Ford Motor Co.'s Cleveland Engine Plant No.1 and Goodrich's Landing Gear Division, Zielaskiewicz brings to Ultra Tech significant experience in customer support and process optimization. In this new position, Zielaskiewicz will be working closely with customers to identify machine processing requirements, cycle time estimates, tooling, work holding, automation and associated costs required for their applications. Ultra Tech will also draw on Zielaskiewicz's strong controls background in developing its next generation of machine tools. Zielaskiewicz holds at bachelor's of science degree in mechanical and industrial engineering from Cleveland State University.
